I specialize in helping clients manage symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression.
As a therapist, I prioritize building a genuine therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and compassion. I aim to foster resilience in my clients by creating a safe space where growth and exploration can flourish.
Our bodies hold trauma and stress accumulated over our lifetimes. My practice integrates EMDR, mind-body modalities, and talk therapy to help clients cope with current stress and heal from trauma. Our life experiences also lead us to develop unhelpful thoughts and beliefs. I empower my clients to recognize and adapt their harmful thought patterns, giving them the tools to thrive.
With me as your therapist, you will feel heard and supported in a way that is tailored to you - whether that means focusing on solutions and practical skills that you can implement between sessions; exploring how your past has shaped your present; or using evidence-based treatment to process trauma in a non-judgmental space.

SERVICES
I specialize in treating trauma-related symptoms (including PTSD and complex trauma), anxiety disorders, and depression.

I provide affirming care to folks who are LGTBQ+ and poly/non-monogamous or are exploring their identities.
VETERANS &
FIRST RESPONDERS
-
Struggling with readjustment to civilian life (whether you've been out 1 month or 10 years)?
-
Do you have thoughts or memories that feel stuck in your mind?
-
Feeling easily irritated, anxious or overwhelmed?
-
Worried that getting treatment will negatively affect your job status?

As a Veteran, Servicemember, or First Responder, you have likely experienced stressful or traumatic events and have a higher likelihood of developing mental health struggles compared to the general population.

But instead of being encouraged to get support, you may have just been told to move onto the next patient, respond to the next crisis, or be ‘Army Strong’ and ‘embrace the suck’.

Working in survivor advocacy, Veteran Affairs, and hospital settings for 8+ years, I have seen firsthand the stigma and barriers to treatment faced by Veterans and First Responders.
I am committed to making therapy productive, comfortable, and accessible for frontline workers and military communities.
Whether you are brand new to therapy or familiar with the process, I am here to provide confidential and informed support.

All sessions are confidential under HIPAA laws and I review the scope of confidentiality prior to beginning treatment with any individual.
